This Web site including its Contents is owned, managed, administered and operated by Red Ox Media Events, a Company established by former National Taekwondo Team member turned Sports Photgrapher, JANNETH “JAT” TENORIO.

This Website contains an ONLINE PHOTO GALLERY OF NATIONAL ATHLETES from the collection of high-quality images taken by Jat Tenorio from major international sports events, which aims to exhibit her works and intellectual creations and to recognize and memorialize the milestones, uplift the confidence of, and give inspiration and honor to our unsung heroes at the same time, as part of Red Ox Media Events’ corporate social responsibility. This Website also contains and may contain videos including audios, graphics, scripts, stories, captions, designs, layouts and other materials which may be related to any photo or image contained herein.

You may access and use this Website provided you accept these Terms of Use, and by accessing or using this Web site, you agree to abide by and be bound by the Terms described herein and by all Laws, Terms, Policies and Guidelines incorporated herein by reference including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (R.A.# 8293). This Website and its Contents are intended for exhibition purposes of photos or images of National Athletes, National Coaches, Esteemed and Recognized Sports Officials and to recognize all the Partners of Red Ox Media Events. This is not intended in any way for commercial purposes except upon written agreement by and between Red Ox Media Events and interested party with express consent or permission from the subject of the photo or image.
Thus, you are specifically prohibited from:
- downloading, copying, or re-transmitting any or all of the Website or its Content without permission or written consent from Red Ox Media Events;
- using any data mining, robots or similar data gathering or extraction methods;
- manipulating or otherwise displaying the Website or its Content by using framing or similar navigational technology;

Red Ox Media Events warrants that all the Photos and Images uploaded herein are the original work of arts and intellectual creations of Sports Photographer, JANNETH B. TENORIO, unless otherwise attributed to her associate or allied Company. Likewise, Red Ox Media Events does not represent or warrant that this Web Site or the materials herein will meet your requirements and expectations and that their use will be uninterrupted or error free.
12. Waiver and Limitation of Liability
You assume all responsibilities and risk for using this website and the materials included herein including any information herein contained.
